Aidan Yoder Joins Precision Racing L.A for Inaugural Toyota GR Cup North America

Aidan Yoder has signed with Precision Racing L.A for the Inaugural Toyota GR Cup North America. The newly formed Precision Racing L.A. is an in-house racing team specifically created for the recently formed Toyota GR86 Cup, Powered by L.A. Honda World Racing, a racing team recognized for its years of experience in SRO and IMSA competitions, Precision Racing L.A. will be campaigning three Toyota GR86 Cup cars for 2023. The teams 3 car line-up will be completed by fellow Californian’s Harry Cheung & Cat Lauren.


In partnership with sanctioning body SRO America, the GR Cup will provide drivers the opportunity to compete at some of the most iconic racing venues in North America.

The single-make series, featuring the Toyota GR86, will make its debut at Sonoma Raceway in April before heading to the Circuit of The Americas in May. Virginia International Raceway is next up in June followed by the lone street course in Nashville as part of the Music City Prix weekend in August. The season will then close at Road America in August, Sebring International Raceway in September, and Indianapolis Motor Speedway in October.

Each event weekend will consist of two races, with the season being 14 races in total.

The first round of the Toyota GR Cup North America takes place at Sonoma Raceway on April 1st & 2nd .
