The team will enter a pair of Toyota GR Supra GT4 EVO2s for the 13-round championship with Kenny partnering Anthony Geraci in the #72 AM class entry alongside Tyler Gonzalez & Gresham Wagner in the #68 Silver class entry.
Kenny Schmied made his professional racing debut in 2023 in the SRO Touring Car America championship, where he scored two podiums and logged an impressive finish of fifth in the championship behind the wheel of the BMW M2 CS Cup. It will be a new pairing for Schmied and Geraci, with Geraci leaning on his previous experience with Toyota in GT4 America after claiming AM class victories at Barber Motorsports Park in 2024 & Road America in 2022.

“Joining the RAFA Racing Team this year is super exciting, and I can’t wait to make my debut in Pirelli GT4 America at Sonoma. Making the move up to GT4 is a big step but I am really looking forward to joining up with Anthony who has had great success in the Toyota previously. This is an awesome opportunity for me to join the RAFA Racing Team in what will be only my second season of Pro racing.”

“I can’t wait to kick off this year with Kenny and the RAFA Racing Team. I love racing the Toyota, and I’ve been lucky to have had a couple of wins under my belt in the past. I know the guys at the RAFA Racing Team know how to get the best out of the Toyota GR Supra GT4 EVO2 and we’re looking forward to giving it our best shot this season. ”
The SRO GT4 America season kicks off at Sonoma Raceway on March 28-30. All rounds will be broadcast live on the GT World YouTube Channel and Twitch Account, in addition to broadcasting via the recently announced expanded television coverage from MAVTV.
