Solid result for Aidan Yoder at COTA

Californian Aidan Yoder finished in P8 and P11 respectively in the two 8-hour WRL races at COTA, Texas last weekend.

A huge grid of 93 cars started the final event of the WRL season with one 8-hour race on Saturday and another 8-hour race on the Sunday with Aidan at the wheel of the W2W #981 Porsche Cayman GT4.

In only his second GT event of his career Aidan double stinted in the first race and did two double stints in the second race along with managing some technical issues towards the end of race 2.

“That was a fantastic weekend and I really enjoyed the racing. I had to deal with some intense variables I haven’t faced before, including losing 2nd gear towards the end of the race. I absolutely love the car and the series. I think this type racing really fits my style much better.

I really want to thank the team, W2W Racing who did a fantastic job and gave me a really good car. I’m really looking forward to 2021”.
